We collect from airports, free zones, warehouses, suppliers and business sites and deliver to the destination anywhere in Morocco.
What we offer
Air freight pickup
Once your forwarder confirms the goods are ready, we collect them from the airport freight area and deliver them to the destination. Bonded cargo remains under customs control during transport.
Where one arrival contains freight for several consignees, we separate the parcels according to the forwarder's instructions.
Free zones, both directions
Delivery to companies inside free zones and collection from those zones to an airport or any address in Morocco.
We regularly work with entry and exit procedures at industrial and free-zone locations.
Export runs
From elsewhere in Morocco into free zones, and from the zones to an airport for onward shipping.
For Moroccan suppliers serving customers inside a zone and for companies shipping goods out of Morocco.
Pickup on request
One-off collection from warehouses, suppliers, forwarders, subcontractors or other business locations.
No framework contract is required.
Urgent work
Urgent production part, delayed shipment or a connecting flight to catch? Call us directly. We confirm quickly whether we can meet the timing.
If we cannot meet the deadline, we say so straight away.

Service limits
- Customs formalities. Declarations, clearance and paperwork are handled by your forwarder or customs broker.
- Long-term storage. We collect and deliver; we do not operate a warehouse.
- Loads outside our vehicle capacity. Send the dimensions and weight. If the load does not fit our vehicles, we will tell you directly.
Responsibilities
Who does what
MARISMA TRANS
Road transport, pickup, delivery and securing freight inside the vehicle. For bonded movements, we transport the vehicle between the relevant customs points.
Your forwarder or customs broker
Customs declarations, clearance, documentation and release instructions.
Customs
Controls bonded cargo, applies customs seals where required, verifies those seals and authorises opening or release.
Under customs control
Bonded transport, step by step
When freight travels under bond (acquit), it remains under customs control while moving between customs points. Customs controls the sealing process; MARISMA carries the load.
Loading
The goods are loaded at the cargo facility or other authorised point.
Customs check
Customs verifies the load and records the required details.
Customs sealing
The customs officer applies the required numbered seals to the vehicle. MARISMA does not apply customs seals.
Bonded transport
The vehicle travels to the destination customs point without opening the sealed load.
Seal verification
At destination, customs checks that the seals are intact and correspond with the recorded details.
Release for unloading
Once customs authorises opening, the seals can be cut and unloading can begin.
Your forwarder handles the formalities. Customs declarations, clearance and related paperwork remain the responsibility of your forwarder or customs broker. MARISMA transports the load and presents the vehicle for the customs checks.

Can MARISMA collect freight from airports throughout Morocco?
Yes. We arrange collection and delivery at airports throughout Morocco once the shipment is ready for road transport.
Do you handle customs clearance?
No. Customs declarations, clearance and related paperwork are handled by your forwarder or customs broker. MARISMA handles the road transport.
Can MARISMA transport goods under bond?
Yes. When cargo travels under bond, customs controls the load and applies the required customs seals. MARISMA transports the sealed vehicle between the relevant customs points.
Does MARISMA apply customs seals?
No. Customs applies customs seals where a bonded movement requires them. MARISMA secures the freight inside the vehicle for road transport.
Do you transport dangerous goods?
Packaged dangerous goods can be carried depending on the type and load. They must be declared when booking so we can assess the shipment before accepting it.
Do you transport refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight?
No. MARISMA does not currently operate temperature-controlled transport.
Do I need a framework contract?
No. We handle one-off pickups as well as regular routes and scheduled work.
Can I send dimensions and photos by WhatsApp?
Yes. Photos, dimensions, parcel counts and pickup details can be sent by WhatsApp to help us prepare a quote.

Pricing depends on the pickup point, destination, load size and timing, so we quote each job directly.
