Data collected
We collect the information you provide when you contact us or submit a quote request:
- Name and, where given, company
- Phone and email address
- What is needed to price the job: pickup and delivery locations, nature and volume of the goods, preferred date
- The free text you write in the details field
The site uses no analytics cookie, no advertising tracker and no third-party analysis tool.
Purpose
This data is used solely to answer your request and, if it goes ahead, to organise the transport. It is not sold, rented or used for third-party marketing.
Recipients
Messages are received by the owners of MARISMA TRANS. They may be passed to a transport subcontractor where carrying out the job requires it, and only to that extent.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request or transport and for any period required by applicable law.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and objection over data concerning you. To exercise it, write to b.boukbida@marisma.ma.
Security
The form sends the information by email. The site is served over HTTPS. Do not send sensitive data, bank details or passwords through this channel.
